Switzerland !
1. Every Swiss is in the military and keeps his weapons and ammo at HOME , Machine guns under the bed ,HOME .
2. Every road in is preregistered for artillery fire and covered by overlapping fields of fire .
3. Artillery and anti-aircraft guns / missles are prepositioned to cover every square foot of the country and provide "fire traps " against invaders .
4. The whole country can be armed and in position to fight within 2 hrs.

also all bridges and tunnels are ready to put the explosives in the structures and in some of the bigger structures the explosives are put in place at the moment of construction.
They have a lot of bunkers that protect the roads and even some airfields that are put inside the mountains with only a runway that is visible to the outside

that will have to go for israel. since its creation it has been able to fend off its enemies who by the way sarround her. thats; 4 million jews vs 150 million arabs. now thats a feat!
