I mean What are the healthiest items to eat from the fast food chain Wendy's?

Chili (small just $.99 -woohoo). You get fiber and it's tasty and hot. I pair it with a caesers salad and pick the bacon off of it. Pour the chili on the salad and get a small ice water. It makes a great meal! I ate this a lot when I lost about 50 lbs about 2 yrs ago.

The plain baked potato is pretty good, too. Just forego the butter/s. cream and pour the chili on it.

Well of course the salad without the dressing, but the chili is low fat and good for you and so is the grilled chicken breast...they do not use any oil on the grill to cook it. If you don't mind the carbs a baked potato with broccoli minus the cheese is also good.

Plain Baked potatoe. Maybe 1 butter with that but no sour fat. Salad with any fat free dressing. Grilled Chicken sand. and small fry is not that bad and a reg cheese or hamburger.

Then again I've only ever eaten in Wendys once, we don't have them over here, and the burger was cold.

the side salad with little dressing and water that's about it don't get the chicken strips because fried foods are not that healthy
