I really appreciate your self-control.At sixteen it is really quite remarkable. The small detail is that it is not necessary in this young age. This is the period in life when you can enjoy sex most. The only post-natal precaution to be t aken is that there is not physical harm to the vaginal tract .I had sex with m husband within one week of my delivery(normal) and there was no absoltely no adverse effect. In fact, after childbirth the love reaches a higher stage, the husband and wife come closer still and there is no point in delaying sleeping together unless there is any physical difficulty.

Your question is a little confusing. Are you saying that you have had a baby a year ago and want to know if you can have sex now? If you are, then yes, you most definitely can start having sex again. You usually only have to wait six weeks, not a year.

I think...you are just askin' this question for fun....COME ON! tell the truth, are you really didn't have sex for a year?Maybe I'll believe if your husband has been away for that whole year too....if not, then you lied! or perhaps you're not a real woman.

Pretty sure you only have to wait 4 months or so..but not too sure on that, since I haven't had any babies yet!
However, I would recommend that you give your doctor a call to ask.
