Eye contact, and maybe have a good look at his body and allow him to catch you watching him, and then smile at him with your most innocent smile. I'm sure you can do it.
Think of some sexual inuendos as well. Like if he offers you something you can say "you can give it me anytime", I know it's a little cheesy but blokes enjoy that kind of flirting.

Yea, just start talking about stuff and laugh. Thats basically all a flirt is... laughing with eachother.
No need to do anything sexual at this time, its just not right. Especially if your just trying to flirt.

Speaking as a man, nothing works more for me than being flattered. Tell him he has lost weight, or his new hair cut looks good. Complimenting his clothes is another good way. you need to be quite obvious though, most men aren't that great on picking up on subtlety.
