I have 4 cats and they each have a different personality. Tasha is 19 and sleeps most of the time. When she's awake and wants to be petted she will come to me and touch her paw to my arm if I'm sitting down or sit on my foot if I'm standing up. Sophie is 16 and sleeps on my head other that she likes to pull clothes out of the hamper. Winowil is 8 and she is my kitty only. She only lets me love her. Monica is my 5 year old and what doesn't she do....she runs up and down the hall at full speed, jumping over furniture. Turns over the water dish. Chases lizards that get in our screened in porch, will drink coffee, eat pine apple chunks, (for real) loves yogurt, cheese and corn chips.

I had a cat when I was youger that thought he was a dog. Well at least thats what we always joked about. We got him before he was weaned from an abusived owner. (the kids were throwing the 3week kittens against the walls) We brought him home and our then 3yr old dog 'Truck' mothered him so to speak.

The cat 'Gremlin' when he was older used to chase dogs off our property back up the street to there house. And i dont mean ankle biter dogs either. He was chasing dobey's and chow-chows.

When my Tabitha is really lovey, she'll give me love bites on whatever part of my body is closest to her (chin, hand, nose... ouch!) and she absolutely LOVES white cheddar cheese popcorn (I don't give her much)... if I forget to put the bag away, she jumps on the counter and tries to open it herself. Tabby gives back rubs and meows when I whistle for her.

Tabby's daughter, Phoebe, will come up in the chair behind me and paw at my back. Phoebe also give me kitty kisses (pushes her teeth into my forehead, and licks my hair).

Both of my girls climb the step ladder. Tabby goes on command (snap of the fingers) or by herself, Phoebe needs a little push... and my dog used to put his front paws on the bottom step.

My Mom has 2 persians (sisters). Tiana plays fetch. Tessa has hissy fits where if she doesn't like something, she'll purp (kind of a rolling your tongue type sound) and tear off down the hallway.

Kinsey always wants to be on the counter in the morning when I am trying to look at the morning paper.

Sylvie comes up on the bed to me in the early morning and paws gently at the covers until I lift them up and let her come to sleep beside me under the covers.

Cameo head-butts me when she wants to be scratched under the chin. If I don't do it long enough she continues until she has had all the scatching she wants.

I have 4 cats and they are such individuals. Seal will give me Head Butts ( bump her head into mine) as a show of affection, Rusty will give me kisses when I ask. DirtyFace will jump on my lap and be a "Mush Boy" ( rubs on me purrs, give me kisses ) and Stinky will tap me on the shoulder when she wants her attention, she loves getting her back/belly scratched. She will sit on my shoulder and purr in my ear. They all know when I am not feeling well and will congregate around me. They are my babies and I am so glad I rescued them because they have rescued me.
