NEVER mix work with girls! Dude also your 17 you could get her in trouble. And if she likes you that's sick that should tell you something about her if she like the young ones. Have respect for your self and just walk away.

First of all stud,you can't jeopardize her position as Manager. Approach her in a different setting, your chances really improve when she sees that you can be super discreet....act like strangers at work. No outward signs of affection.....you can do this man........GOOD LUCK..........LATER
