Me and my boyfriend have been together for a while and everything is wonderful. The only problem is that if I am on my cycle he says that I am being selfish because even though I can't really do anything, he still has needs(Meaning Oral Sex). And that he should not have to suffer for my pain.......
Am I being selfish?

sex doesnt mean intercourse always,

u can continue being the same, and do u know one thing, having intercourse during intercourse is good for a women's health, thats proven.

many dont like it, so u can have oral sex,, any interruption is life will not be appriciated by any male,, so be open. and enjoy ur life,
dont hold urself for no appropriate reason, it is dificult to digest rejection, love him and live a happy life

No....he's being a bit of an a$$. If you do it once and a while, it may not be a bad thing, you know, just to keep the peace.

But the way he's putting it doesn't seem all that respectful. You have to deal with your cycle and satisfy him as well?

And to top it off he's using emotional blackmail by calling you selfish and that he shouldn't have to suffer for your pain. Wow, supportive guy

You are not wrong or selfish, but a bit inexperienced. You shouldn't have to have sex at anytime and your partner should not expect you to perform oral sex when only he wants it. He is the one that is selfish and insensitive. Believe me no man "suffers" from not having regular sex. Cycles only last for a few days so tell him to chill. .

Oh wow...sounds like he is being selfish to me! So he expects to get oral an do nothing in return? Has needs? He means he has wants! Whats wrong with his hand? In my opinion, and my boyfriends...that time is cuddle time, massages, being romantic, all that good stuff. If you realy don't want to do it, tell him to quit being childish an wait a few day for god's sake! Lmao!

You have got to be kidding. He is the selfish one in your relationship. If he can't wait for a couple of days to have his fun, then he is in that relationship for sex only and this has nothing to do with love. Get rid of him, he'll never change and if you keep him, you will end up the "always giving one" and he'll be the "always taking one". And that's a one sided relationship and you're more worth than that.

This Guy is as Stupid as He is Insensitive!

Tell the jerk to take a Hike and learn about how Women Work!

You are worth a lot more than being treated like this!

No you are not being selfish he is being self-centered, inconsiderate and a complete jerk....I wished that all men had to experience a menstrual cycle just one time and I believe that they would never even so much as look our way during that time....

He is being selfish! Tell him to go to the bathroom & take care of his problem. You do that kind of stuff only if you want to.

You're NOT selfish at all!!!
Sounds like he needs to be more understanding...it's only temporary, I don't see why he can't wait. Tell him that it will build anticipation and be even better if he waits for you.

Absolytley not, he is the one being selfish. He is trying to get you to do something you simply don't feel up to, that is utterly selfish.

I think you're both being selfish. He shouldn't put himself up on a pedestal and you should still satisfy him even though you're on your cycle. If the mood strikes, give it to him. When your week is over, he'll return the favor! K? Go on. Make him happy. Don't do it all the time though or he'll expect it.
