They key to losing weight is to consume fewer calories than you have been up until this point. So, start watching what you eat. No fried food, no sugar, lots of water, cut back on bad carbs and eat more whole grain. Then exercise 50 minutes a day or more. Cardio exercise is the best for your heart, but if you slow down a little bit you'll burn more fat. Running 10 minute miles should be a goal, and try yoga, pilates, or weight training to even out your workout. You should see some results in 2 weeks. Losing weight TOO rapidly is hard on your body and can actually harm your digestive system or cause injury. Take it easy, and do it right.

Yes, but it's not easy. It's called an apple fast. Basically, you can eat nothing but apples for 3 days straight (although you can eat as many apples as you want).
You have to make sure they are organic apples or that the apples are peeled (it has to do with not consuming any pesticides) and you can't drink anything but water.
So you stick to that diet for three days and perform a fleet enema or coffee enema once each day (I know it sounds gross, but there's a reason for it) and then on the third day before you go to bed, drink a glass of grape juice.
You can lose quite a bit of weight this way (and it's really, really good for your complexion too).

Hi! My Husband has lost 20 pounds in a little over 2 weeks on the South Beach Diet...mainly because he's just eating very few calories! :) Some people really like the program though, and as long as you stick with it, it will work. :)
I hear losing a lot of weight very fast can cause gall stones, so just use your noodle while dieting! :) Good luck!

This works..trust me..make yourself cabbage soup,and drink honey and lemon tea,,i swear to you,do that for a week or two and you'll see the difference,your gonna pee like crazy,thats the cabbage,cleans you right out,gets rid of fatty tissues and flushes out toxins and with the combination of those ingredient you have sufficent nutrients,always take multivitamins(centrum 21 is good)im telling you,you want to lose weight,this will do it.

drink plenty of water and survive only on salads, fruits, n boiled stuff with less calories. see the difference ur self. walk 2 ur work place and avoid using elevators or something, that's a good exercise
