will it stop me getting a WVP I-94. Will i not be allowed in USA because 4 years ago i was in canada entering usa and they denied me entry because i did not have a vaild return ticket?

All you have to do is update your visa,regardless of your current situation,in both of these two countries.They just want the money,so go ahead and go to any big post office in the U.S or Canada and do your thing.If you need the visas right away,pay a bit more cash and they will rush it to you in a little as a few days,depending on the money you spend on these visas.I wish you well with your travels.Take care.........Tom Science

Wellllll, I don't know b cause I haven't been there in so long. Buuut I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem coming in from Mexico.
Seriously now, I'm so pi*ed off at the USA - 40 years ago, I could go anywhere and do anything. Now, everything's verboten! That's why I live in another country.
Suggestion - wait until your passport expires, and you'll start out with a clean one... Possibly depending on country, you may apply for another one now.
