Whenever they want to. As far as I can tell, there is no legal reason why you can't date a barrister (or a lawyer), it is strictly an ethical matter, and we all know that Lawyers and Barristers have no ethics. The better question would be, why would anyone want to date a barrister?

I`m having a relationship with one, purely sex only as she is to busy to have any ties at the moment!its not a problem for them as long as it does not interfere with their work.I am also seeing a solicitor too whom i met in court over corporate issues! They are both incredibly sexy and inteligent girls. If your going to get involved he/she likes you there should not be a problem.good luck
