How did a 2 year old boy sin enough so that god had to punish him?

God never does evil things. Pain and suffering is caused by sin... someones. God has reasons for things.

I am not sure what RB and PB mean, but we are all sinners...but God does not try to hurt anyone. He loves us.

But God did a few things that do affect us..

1. He gave us free will. The free will of ourselves or the free will of others often can hurt us (ex--people divorce you, don't love you, abuse you, spill dangerous chemicals that kill you, bomb you, feed you substandard food that winds up giving you heart disease or cancer or diabetes and that make you suffer, etc

2. He does not suspend his natural law and laws of cause and effect.

example---a baby falls out a window an dies..people say it was God's will...no, it was not God's will but gravity. God will not suspend the natural law of gravity...now he may say to someone walking by "look up" and the person runs over there and saves the baby by catching him.

Or if someone loses control of car in rain and hits you, that is physics if you are killed.

parent smokes, child get fetal alcohol syndrome, etc

3. consequences of actions--child disobeys parent and touches a hot stove and gets burned. person has sex and gets pregnant, etc.

4. genetics...person is exposed to chemical and has deformed child / radiation in weapons causes changes to DNA and child has no arms, etc....genetic weaknesses are passed down through natural laws

so much suffering is from these causes...sin does cause suffering so much as free will making bad choices or sinning etc to harm environment for profit, or cheat on someone..sometimes accidents happen.

What God does is try to bring good out of bad..for all things work for good to those who love God and are fitting into his plan"

He also uses pain to help us learn lessons and to help us grow and to help us be more compassionate to others as we now how it feels.

I hope this helped your understanding.

All pain and suffering is the result of sin. Not that a child has sinned or its parents, but sin entered the world through the disobedience of Adam and Eve. Now that sin is here, it permeates all of creation. Bad weather, bad feelings, bad health, bad people are all the result of sin. Sin causes mutations in all aspects of being.

All pain comes from sin, but not just one's own sin. Pain can be inflicted by others' sin. If a man is jealous for a man's wife, and beats up the man, the husband didn't sin, the other man did, yet the husband is the one who receives the pain.
Then also, Pain can be a result of whatever God wants to prepare you for. Just like sore muscles from strength training, you may get a sore spirit from spiritual training.

I think if you read it carefully, you will see it was from sin.. someones, not implying a baby but it can go back to Adam. Older children do sin. We are born with this nature. I believe this is true for children. How often has a child disobeyed a parent and gotten burned from a hot stove? This is disobedience. Very young children can suffer from the sin of parents. I hope this clears it up.

He has a handsoff policy right now unless He wants to answer specific prayers cuz ppl wanted human kings and he let them have it for awhile so we can see the insanity of it.. All of us have trials and troubles..
