I've been working on toning up my body over the past 4 months now... and I'm really not getting any results. ><

I'm doing plenty of cardio; running, biking and other things of that sort. And I'm eating and drinking the way I should; staying away from too much fat and drinking mostly water.

I usually manage about 5 minutes worth of sit-ups every night, is this enough? I've also recently started looking up some pilates exercises and I'm trying those out.

Ah... let's just make this simple. I'm looking for:

-Other ways to tone my abs and theighs.
-Ways to tighten my arms and get rid of that bit of fat under my arm.
-Back fat... women, you know about the fat that pushes your bra down right behind your arms. How can I get rid of that?
-Anyone know of a site with pilates exercises on it? I found one but it's hard to understand. ><

Well... I've went on for long enough now. u_u

I DON'T need to lose weight, just tone things up a bit.

And I'm not able to buy any products. ><

its depend on how much weight you have in your mind you want to loose honey... and take it easy its not a race you do exactly what you are doing and keep doing it even if you dont see results... I lost 40 pounds doing just what your doing and I started a year ago.. it helps if you cut down on red meats and eat raw veggies salads I am 70percent vegetarian I dont eat red meat or pork and I eat lots of brown rice.. IM DOWN TO MY WEIGHT BACK WHEN I was 30 and im 36 you are doing fine.. keep up doing and you will see results.good luck.
