Hi
I'm 13 and currently 155cm tall.
However, my calf is so short!!! It's as short as my sister's calf and she's NINE!!!
Can someone please tell me how I can lengthen my calf?
Please Help...

Try Swimming as this Lengthens the Muscles

you can stretch so that your calves will appear longer. but you have to be taught how to do it or you can hurt yourself, maybe start learning ballet or a stretch class.

I think you should leave it the way God give to you, you will get taller latter :) dont worry
