150-300 mg of pantothenic acid and 1000 mg of PABA daily have had some success. Apply PABA cream to depigmented areas. Eat foods rich in B vitamins: liver, nutritional yeast, wheat germ, whole grains, etc. Avoid junk foods and refined sugar and flour and products made with them.
Good luck!

They know that autism is a genetic predisposition in most cases. The question is what triggers it. Vaccines are a possibility, either the vaccine or how many are given at once. For some it might be toxins in there environment or an allergy which is why diet would make a difference. Mom and dad's age at the time of conception also make a difference. Both my brother and my cousin are autistic so this was a huge issue for me when I found out I was having a boy. I chose to delay vaccines and live as naturally as I can. I also breastfeed, use cloth diapers, and use natural cleaning products. My big down fall is using organic foods because of the cost on a budget but I do what I can. My brother was a normal easy baby until he got his first round of shots. He got extremely sick with each set of shots and normally ended up with an ear infection shortly after. I don't know for sure if the shots are to blame but would rather not risk it. For me personally given my family history the risk just isn't worth it. All parents make the best choices they can with the information they have at the time and you can't beat yourself up for a decision already made especially when you don't know for sure vaccines are an issue.
