If these documents were merely moved to the recycle bin all you need to do is open the bin and restore the files. After selecting the file "restore" is an option on the drop downs.
Now, if they were deleted from the recycle bin and returned to the allocated space, there is a chance that you can retrieve them still.

works with the undelete dos-command, so be sure that you didn't switched off your computer after you accidently deleted the fille(s). Otherwise, only data-restore stores can do the job. As i remember, they charge 0.63 euros per MB restored.

go to recycle bin- select and click 'restore all' all selected files will be restored.
If u have deleted from recycle bin too- go to 'find files & folders'- search- if ur file is there in tempoary or other folders, u can select, copy, paste et al

At first you better to check your recycle bin, If it was empty . Don't copy any new files instead deletet files , don't copy or move any files in that partion. then you can use softwares like recover my files and such that.
