Brick, while a nontraditional snack by most standards is typically has a high mineral composition. As for the damage to your teeth, this is certainly a troubling, if not unforeseen side effect. Long term, you may want to consider weaning yourself off of bricks and on to something less coarse, for example, tree bark.
I am also concerned with your bathroom food consumption. You may not be aware, but many bathrooms tend to get a nasty reputation for harboring germs and bacteria. The brick, bring a typically porous surface may be a particularly attractive place for these maladies to reside.
Mental health may be a concern, but I might suggest you first take a multivitamin to increase your mineral count.

ok so you probably are extremely low in zinc, so eat lots of sushi or seaweed with brown rice and veges
pumpkin seeds have lots of zinc too, zinc helps your brain to deal with stress instead of eatin brick!
green tea, aloe vera with cranberry juice will help the toothaches
cos this is a bad habit u may need to take st johns wort daily for at least 2 years
u can always consult a homeopath or get ur hair analysed or have a kiniesiology consultation

I've never heard of eating brick before. Sometimes I like to munch on crunchy stuff so I just get some chips. Maybe when you start craving brick you could reach for a bag of popcorn or chips instead. Or, get yourself busy doing something like, go shopping or call your friend and tell her about your problem so she could help you and get you busy doing something and get your mind on something else. Hope this helps.
