Shrilaksm? I concur with nanny - the colour you were meant to have that is what you were born with, but hilights would be nice, but I encourage you to not over do it. And try growing your hair more. As far as I'm aware our hair on our heads grows approximately 30cm a year. You'll be able to have more styles and if you don't like it after a while you can always get not just a hair cut, but many hairs cut...

The best colour for hair is the colour that suits you the best! choose your hair colour the same way you choose your clothes colours! Or maybe to suit your mood!

Depends on your natural coloring. If your hair's a mousy brown and you have blue eyes, then add blonde highlights. If its brown with green/brown eyes, a red tint would look good.
