I have two Chinese Quial I was told both are male and I was given a young Dove just away from mom can they live together?

Yes they will be ok together.
I just got 4 chinese quails and they live with 30 doves or so.

They should be fine being that quial area a ground bird and doves prefer perches or trees. they'll be fine. IF they should fight at feeding time which is unlikely put a hanging feeder in for the dove. I've had King Quails and doves in the same aviary for years with no hassles at all - both lots have even bred.
