I do not see why not. It's very easy and yet at the same time very difficult to prove that you and your husband love eachother, and that is why you were married. Wedding photos, videos, pictures of you together, letters or emails that you have sent eachother all help to prove that the two of you are in love. I've been there myself, and the best thing to do is include everything and anything you can think of. It does not matter if it's small or silly or even maybe personal, all of that goes to show that there is meaning in the small things, which is something you can't fabricate.

Yes it can be used as evidence, but not the only peice of evidence. You need to use other peices from your wedding. Whether it be invitations, pictures, and the like.
I know that when I ahd my interview with my husband, I had all of my friends that knew about my relationship write an affidavit in regards to what they know about my relationship. I also made a scapbook of movie stubs, and pictures of our relationship before we were married, and after we got married.

Can be used as supporting evidence, but not the only point of it. Helps if everyone looks very affectionate and melty during the ceremony.
For immigration, you'll need letters, emails, poems, cards, etc. Letters from your spouses family members welcoming you to the family and from your family to your mate is good too.

Yes, as a evidence, anything can. It's just matter whether INS or whatever Immigration department believes it or not. Besides, if the marriage was real, why care about evidences?
