tea tree or neem oil diluted with coconut oil
olive leaf extract on the skin and take it daily - avoid yeast bread & beer, also avoid sugar & honey for 3-4 weeks while the olive leaf kills off the yeast fungus
eat lots of fresh coconut or the pure canned milk
avoid pig meat too
