If you are under 20, there's still some hope of you growing taller.

Eat lots of food with high calcium content eg milk, cheese, anchovies, and take calcium supplement pills. have a balanced diet, ALWAYS sleep early before 10pm, and have regular exercise.

However, if it's in your genetic makeup that you're gonna be vertically-challenged, then do not be overly depressed. Not everyone can be supertall. Good luck.
