hi, steps are simple do exercise daily even some five minutes at-least you have to do it regularly when you have the enough experience you can can increase the types of exercises and the time of it but you should be 45 minutes ago without food and water to exercise and to stop eating food and sleeping after that coz this well make you fat and don't drink water with food and eat till before satisfy that you feel you can eat more but you don't do, waling fast, running, swimming picking, any desirable just do something regularly and you'll be be better soon. the main problem is from your life system but not from the food, so you can eat whatever you like and good for health but while doing movement's and exercise OK my dear

Hi like you say the gym is a little expensive for you to go once a week. Have you tried joining weight watchers. Even if you dont need to lose alot of weight just a few pounds that you can seem to shift, even though you dont have to excercise and loose weight whilst on weight watchers you wont feel guilty for not excercising, and it works and just as long as your child/children behave you can take them along also. Going for a weigh in every week is £5 everyweek and free when you get to goal and the meeting only last about half an hour after the weigh in and they are really supportive and it works. Aslo if you still want to do excercises get a gymball its the best peice of equipment i have bought and you see results in the first few days of using it, Like you i have an air walker, stepper, excercise bike, etc and they just collect dust and take up room. So i paid £4.99 for a gym ball and go a Dvd, Inch Loss Work Out Its Called. and i see results very quick and i dont feel like ive wasted money. This way you can excercise at home. Walking is good but i walk everyday and see no benfit as your body gets used to it. Running is good or jogging but if you have children then maybe its not convenient. But if you have a gymball you get a whole bosy work out and can keep an eye on the children.

I exercise at home all the time. It's much more convenient. I don't have to travel to the gym and back, I don't have to wait for a machine while someone else is using it, I don't have to have other people's sweat on my equipment and I don't have to pay every time I do it.

You need to be self-motivated. I am in a habit of exercising now and I don't even think about it. You should do the same.

Try what is quickly becoming known as "Power Walking"

All you need to do is walk quite fast to get your heart rate up from resting (about 70/80) up over 90 and get slightly out of breath. maintain that for at least 12 minutes and you are in aerobic exercise.
I see lots of ladies do it now. Some even organise a rout and join up and have a (breathless) chat while they do it.

Walking is an excellent form of exercise. Get a pedometer to measure how many steps you walk, and aim for 10,000 steps a day at least.

some step counters will carry out this calculation for you.

Walking, is considered gentle exercise.

Try cycling with a tow bar for the kids. That should get you fit.
