There's no need to panic, because it'll come in the automatic updates, if you've activated it on your system.
You see, it periodically checks your system for errors and missing/corrupt files and repairs itself.
Check for updates, if you like, and if it hasn't already done that, you'll get it in the list of files that it'll ask you to download.
Also you can download the dll from the site the other guy has given you.

Go to Microsoft Updates site and download the SP2 files from there.
If you are on dial-up, get a replacement disk from the person who gave you the disk in the first place. If one file says it's corrupt, then it's possible that other files will be.

Try this:
Download the CD contents on to your hard disk i.e. make a dump copy. Now try to install the pack from the dump.
