俺はお前が好き!
俺 - "ore": I
は "wa"- subject particle
お前 - "omae": you
が- "ga": object particle
好き- "suki": to love.
So it reads "ore wa omae ga suki"

That depends.
When talking to say, your highschool sweetheart, it would be "omae go suki desu"
If you're talking in private to your life partner it, it would be "ai si te ru"
There is a difference in intensity here. If you were in japan, coming up to someone and saying "ai si te ru" is a big cultural "no-no". It's way too intimate for most people. "omae go suki desu" is a more polite form, and is more common anyway.
