Sorry the imobilizer ring around the lock cyl signals the BCM body control module to send a start signal to the ECM engine control module. All built in so hard to defeat it keeps thiefts down. Just get all of your keys, They will need all of them to program at the same time and make several expensive extra keys while your at Renault dealer

there isnt one, if the vehicle is immobilised it incredibly is going to could be towed to a renault broking to have it reset, i had this ensue to me and there is not any way around it.. Sorry.. it expenditures approximately £30 to have it re-chipped
