When I see the Dr. he give treatments for urine infection but not for itching. How do I treat the main cause ?

The itching does not cause the infection. I would be the infection causes the itching. Follow the doctor's adivice

I would recommend that you keep yourself a lot cleaner in your "special places", then you wouldn't get itchy so much. Also keep clean anything that's going up next to your "special places".
