See your doctor before you start any diet or exercise programme. You could try that breakfast cereal diet, by eating two bowls of cereal a day instead of a large breakfast and lunch. You could stop eating after 8pm as this is when your metabolism slows down. Go to the gym. Cut out sweets and sugary foods from your diet or use Slim Fast.
