some people reply twice to one question and others reply to their own questions.

Some people have imposters, people who use their name and avatar. So while it may seem like they are answering their own questions, or answering multiple times, they are not.

You cannot reply to your own question; this is by default not possible according to the Yahoo system, but if a question is posted twice, some people do answer twice.

I'll came across different people with the same answer, even the words and contents are the same. (100% similar) Thus, my advise is you do decide how true or sincere the answers, and be very careful to pick the original writer.

if the same question is repeated a second answer is possible. if a similar question is asked by a different person a similar or same answer is also possible.
