my brother is 22yrs old, living in zimbabwe we have no other family in zimbabwe my older sister and i live in uk both born here and he was born in zimbabwe our older brother passed away last year and he was refused entry for his funeral we havent seen him for three years and we want him to come and visit, if anyone knows how we go about applying please let us know thank you

I know this may seem abit nasty but is he able to get smuggled into South Africa from the boarder? because if he can then it should be FREE passage for him to fly from Jbourg or CapeTown to the UK, other than that I have no real idea.
