Yes you can. You just can't bake as many at a time, but you sure can bake cookies in a normal baking pan.

Yes = at Christmas I am pulling every pan I own just to get it done. I even have used the glass baking pans - you just have to be careful with the glass ones the rest are baked as normal

I'm not sure what you mean by a regular baking pan but if you're going to use an aluminum pan such as a 9 X 13" cake pan they will probably stick to the pan. Grease it well and lower your temperature.

Yes, but they may take longer to bake, as a thicker pan will take longer to heat through than a thin baking sheet.

yes, cookie sheets are only a bit thinner that baking pan, transfers heat quicker. Pans will work fine.

If they're the kind that you cut into bars, or circles, (such as brownies) yes. I once made a brownie crust for a pie, by making brownies in a pie pan, and pressing the circle down, while it was still warm.
