There is no such thing as spot-reducing. But you can adjust your diet, incorporate cardio and strength training in your routine and you should see a difference.

i notice that by not eating/reducing carbohydrates intake reduces the size of my tummy. don't eat late at night too. of course doing exercise (together with your diet) like walking makes the result faster. jog for 20-30 minutes before doin some tummy crunch. you can try yoga too. don't get stress out because you might eat more and your body doesnt need much yet. that goes straight to your tummy.

Like Nik said you cant spot reduce so the only way to reduce your tummy is eat a healty diet and excercise regularly. Best thing to do is sign up to weight watchers or something similar and get into aerobics or join the gym (it needs to be something that you enjoy).

Good luck

Melt tummy fat, firm your butt and slim your thigs with the help of a walking poles ( sticks) -which preforms a function similar to circuit training machine. As you walk and push the pole out your shoulders, triceps and chest muscles are activated.and when you will pull back in,,the upper back muscles, triceps and chest muscles and biceps are used.Through out the entire range of motion abdominal muscles are engaged in activity. The poles provide the tummy -the belly flattering benefits of crunches but you never get on the floor.Walking poles are a great tools for woman-support body weight reducing pressure on feet.Don,t be ashamed walking with a walking pole, German singer Jeannette Bidermann always grab walking pole on the go!Some other English stars like Demi Moore,Suzanne Somers are among,Indian Film star Nirupa Roy,ShreeDevi etc too

Tummy fat is not good for the body as it increases the chances of many diseases like diabetes, heart attack etc. A whole body workout is required to lose weight from your tummy, spot reduction is a myth, you cannot lose fat by doing stomach crunches or ab workouts only. A complete workout, which includes cardiovascular exercises, helps improve metabolism and you will be able to lose tummy fat quickly. Try to lose weight naturally by doing hard work and controlling your diet.

A brisk walk, light excercise will do that...

don't go for dieting it will not make you slim but weak...
choose your diet...

If you are like those who sits for hours together, try relaxing, move atleast once an hour... and then sit... that would heelp you...
