Did you turn the heat on last night? Sometimes when you start using the heat at the beginning of the cold season it can dry your nasal passages and irritate the mucous membranes and cause them to bleed. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If this keeps happening though it would be best to see the doctor.

theres nothing wrong with you it isnt something unusually to wake up with a bloody nose since this is the first you should be okay and if it happens once in awhile its nothing to get scared about when/if the bleeding get too often or it take a long time for the bleeding to stop then go see a doctor it maybe nothing but itll put your mind at ease knowing

I used to get bloody noses all the time like that. It's a combination of picking your nose too much, dry air, and being too warm.

Could be from blowing your nose in the shower....or maybe you head-butted yourself for snoring to loud . Or maybe your diet...drink more water!
