Khaifa Halak means, What is you hal? and hal is your disposition.... roughly "how are you doing?"
Alhamdulillah means all praise be to god (=allah)
Zein means good.

it should be written as:
some body asks:
kaifa halak?...for a male كـيـف حـا لـك how are you
kaifa halik ?...for a female كـيـف حـا لـك
and the answer is :al hamdu lillah,zein(male) ا لـحـمـد لـلـه ، ز يـن
al hamdu lillah,zeina(female) ا لـحـمـد لـلـه ، ز يـنة

Akhafuallah is Islamic word in Arabic which mean a fried of God" respectly" and fried of his punishment in case I have done bad things.
While al humdullalah which should be written in transcription as" ?alhamdulilahi, also Islamic word in Arabic which mean thanks for God "The great creator

well i suppose u didnt write the 1st word right, it should be "kaif halak" which means " how are you or how are you doing" ..
al hamdullalah : thank god .. or thanks to Allah
zein : good/fine
so al humdullalah zein would mean " good, thanks to Allah"
