Get plenty of rest and the right kind of exercise.
Eat wholesome food. Drink clean water. Go easy on the booze and colas. Do not smoke.
Stay out of the sun.
Wash your skin sometimes -- but do not overdo it. Most Americans wash their skin way too much.

drink lot of water.. eat fresh fruits, get a plenty of sleep atleast 8 hours. dont frown, smile alwayz! and also take vitamin e..
