because i'm 12 and I got my period , i started to notice that my face skin have some black heads & white heads, they look disguisting! how do i remove the white liquid inside without bleeding?

you have young skin, try to stay away from strong remedies. you might want to start a skin care routine. use cleansers that is suitable for your skin, those made for your age. avoid scrubbing unless you badly need it. stay away from strips, they don't work. just gimmick! try this home remedy: mixplain yoghurt with a few drops of lemon juice (oily skin), half a teaspoon of honey (dry skin), put on your face as mask and leave on for 5 minutes. hope it works. when removing the white liquid, don't do it by force because it will get worse. when it bleeds, let it until it stops, juts make sure it won't go anywhere else because when exposed to another pore, a pimple can form, a new one! wipe the blood carefully. put some antibacterial after the bleeding stops to avoid infection. good luck!

BHA (beta hydroxy acid) worked wonders for me. I'm using Paula's Choice. Be careful though since it is possible to be allergic to BHA.

I read Elmores glue will take out blackheads. Swipe on, dry, and peel off.
