You dont. That makes no sense. If he is taken, then why would you turn around and ask him out? What if he were to accept. Step back and think how you would feel if you were the other woman in this scenario?? If you became this guy's girlfriend, how would you feel if he accepted dates from other girls while saying he is taken by you? Forget this guy, and find one who actually is available!

Do unto others as you want others to do to you. He has a girlfriend as you said, so what next. Its fine to admire him but since he's in love with someone else, he would reject your offer so why even bother.
If you still want to go ahead and he says yes to you, girl don't complain if he only has sex with you and doesn't give a damn about your welfare, don't complain if he cheats on you, don't complain if he doesn't call you except for sex and then tells his friends what a ho you are.
