Have you ever had one of those times where you really liked this boy/girl, and when you ask your friends if they think he or she is hot, they say no, but you cant figure out why? Or you notice something like acne, but everytime you look at them you look past all of it?

well at least you can say that there are at least 1 in 100 people who arent shallow~ lol... just joking....
It's great how you can see through the physical flaws and into their inner beauty. People nowadays tend to be shallow and to them its always the physical that comes first. They've probably got low self-esteem and so they would prefer their partner to be better looking so they can show them off.... thats great but not so great..... Why? Sometimes even the most hottest guy can be soo bloody boring and be an arrogant ******** yet someone that is not so good looking may be very attractive in their own way- and i mean not only if they do have intelligence, but its probably their inner qualities and charisma that attract people more.
Sometimes i find that some not so good looking guys are rather attractive because they have intelligence and people admire that.
Also who cares what your friends think.... they're probably shallow as hell and i would say most likely they dont accept people for who they really are instead they choose to accept people because of their physical appearances. In the end, its you that would be in a relationship with that person, not them. It doesnt matter how they perceive them, the only thing that matters is how YOU see and feel abt them. You never know.... your better off with a not so good looking guy in a happy relationship than your friends; always on the outlook for hot men and living a dissatisfied life. They will be the ones who will envy you.

Ya, I have. Looks are not everything!!!!!!!! I have learned over the years, the hard way I might add, that Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Go for it, don't miss out on something that might be so good and so right for you!!!!! Life is too short to second guess or over analyzing all the time. All we have is the moment we are in. Yup, its like that now. Some of my friends think that my current bf is ugly. But that isnt what it is about. If you like him, then YOU GO GIRL! Don't listen to anyone else. You dont need to be shallow, you need to be yourself and care about who you care about without any influence.

I always love those who are ugly to the damn people. Actually I am in LOVE with an ugly girl but less ugly than me, but true of her heart.
