That's easy. The next time you see her tell something like "Get OUT of my office please" or "Get OUT of my head"
There is not a descent, respectable, right way to ask a married workmate out. If she is one of those, she would have send signals to you to do so. So, a harassment case can arise here and you can loose your job and reputation for a piece of meat...

Carefully planned. You need to know her specific interests and hobbies. If she likes painting, try to find what type of paintings, and find an art show of similar characteristics. Since a woman is married, everything must be done in precision.
ive never been married but I know marriage isn't a smooth ride. When she's feeling down, let her lean on your shoulder. When she has fights with her husband, ask to take her to a restaurant so you can know more about her, and earn her trust. Let her talk about her problems to you.
Whatever you do, precision is a crucial. and remember, her husband probably isn't half the man you are.

well. now we know how it happens that married people end up cheating. With someone trying this hard to make them and considering that someone told them to work hard to find out when and how they are vulnerable, it would probably happen in time. Amazing how some people think.
