Good Falafel is sooooo good.

Flafil or falafel are hand made balls of mashed up chickpeas and spices that are then quickly deep fried. Standard fast food in middle east.

Usually served in pita bread with salad. Authentic salad includes pickled and roast veges. I'm hungry just thinking about it.

There's a great place in the back of The Rocks (Sydney) on Lower Fort Street. A little corner store with authentic and unbelievably cheap falafel rolls.
