If you are not already friends with him, get acquainted. If you are too nervous to go and talk to him, get to know some of his friends and move up from there.
Tell a trusted friend to ask him if he likes you or not.
If he does like you, watch him and then if he hangs out with a girl more then others.
If he does, ask her if she's his girlfriend in an Idon'tcare tone.
If he says yes, let go of him; it's the best thing you cando. Don't push him to break up or anything; just wait it out. By the time they break up, you'll like someone else.
Be brave! The worst that can happen is he says "no" and then at least you don't spend all that time wondering what if this and that.

by talking to other person i mean just talking to the guys or girls who know this guy then tell them if he has a girlfriend i mean like a private investigator taking to the people who knows this guy and then inquiring if this guy is single okay thanks
