tinea cruris can be cured by OTC creams like lotramin. You may think of the foot product when you see the name, but that is what is is, and it can cure multiple things including jock itch and ringworm.
the combination of acids you listed above can be found in a prescription called whitmans ointment.

Treatment
Jock itch usually responds to self-care within a couple of weeks:
Keep the skin clean and dry.
Don't wear clothing that rubs and irritates the area.
Apply topical over-the-counter antifungal or drying powders, such as those that contain miconazole, clotrimazole, or tolnaftate.
Severe infections, frequently recurring infections, or infections lasting longer than two weeks may require further treatment by your doctor. Stronger prescription medications, such as those containing ketoconazole or terbinafine, or oral antifungals may be needed. Antibiotics may be needed to treat bacterial infections that occur in addition to the fungus (for example, from scratching the area).

salicylic acid+ benzoic acid ointment has both an antifungal activity and a keratolytic activity.
it can be used for fungal infections either alone, or in combination with another antifungal drug to augment the action.

Tinea cruris is a fungal infection, and needs antifungal cream. Canesten, Daktarin etc (there's lots of them), Keep the area dry and use the cream. Salicylate is just an anti inflammatory, don't think benzoate does much against fungus.

I strongly doubt about the existence of such a combination because both the things together will cause lot of irritation. If u ever get one inform me.
