I saw 4 trampesque looking chaps huddled in the doorway of a derelict building with a couple of bottles of white lightening this morning on my way to work - about 8:30. Nice!

Well, I work nights so I tend to imbibe in the a.m. when the rest of the rush hour folk are going into work. I love to drink a cold beer about 7 am and watch people backed up in traffic outside my house.

Bah, there's always hundreds of people outside drunk at 4am when the nightclubs close in Helsinki. They probably que about 1,5 hours for a taxi, so, that qualifies as the morning. On weekends anyway.
For me, it is the end of the nightshift. I work in a nightclub, so, yeah, I see drunk people.

I live in Las Vegas and people are drunk 24hrs a day 7 days a week every day including Christmas etc...
no last call here so party on...

I saw people drinking at the Colorado Springs airport lounge at 9.30am once. Go to the airport you'll see people at the lounge any hour of the day or night.

I see a guy every morning about 07.00 sitting in the back seat, top deck of the bus drinking a can of tenants and his eyes are never focused.
