I've tried a lot of diets in my day. But I haven't had much luck with any of them. I'm looking for something easy and effective. If any of you have a good diet, please share it with me. Also, Please share some good starter work-out suggestions.

"stop eating so much" diet is the only one that really does it for me.

Try the 6 Second Abs diet and exercise program. It's good, and it tastes nice. You can also drop a dress/pant size in a week.

Hi friend,Yoga is the most affective exercise you can ever do and becomes your life style after a while.Dieting is hard but if you can just cut the junk food and desert,you don't have to do anything else.So,my suggestion to you is,try practicing yoga,try eating less junk food and eat some fruit ( at least drink some juice) I am sure you'll feel the difference.Good Luck :-)

diets only half the solution. without exercise the diet will do nothing. do more cardiovascular exercises eg. jogging long distances. also swimming is a really good exercise for losing weight as it involves the whole body (also known as gross motor)
diets that you buy in the shops eg slimfast are a waste of money. basically ot lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in so therfore just watch your calories and try eat more healthly....stay away from coke and sweets etc

I had the same problem.First of all,drink water continuously(i carry water with me wherever I go).Eat only once in a week something sweet (a chocolate used for cooking).Don't eat bread!Lots of vegetables.Use olive oil, apple acid and mayonnaise without eggs.Try eat fruits for breakfast and yogurt (low fat) whenever you want.Result for at least 2 weeks.Passions!This is healthy diet.If it works for you let me know.Glad to help.Also try walking 30 min a day and scratching before bed.

If you are looking for something easy - good luck. Success takes determination. If you make a serious commitment to your health then success is possible, but magic just doesn't happen.

Eat all the raw fruits and vegetables that you can, and only a little cooked food and meat and make sure that the meat is well done.
