Try rosé instead, it's in between red and white and is quite sweet.

No you can't buy a sweet red wine:that's quit impossible.
What I do sometimes:take a glass of red wine and put some sweet and low in it:surprisingly good tasting.
Don't overdo it!!!!To sweet is horrible.

yes, but why would you want to ? (rhetorical question - can be good with some beef and pork recipes.)
Banyuls, Carthagène, Maury, are all regions where sweet red wines are produced, in the south of France.
You should be able to find where to buy these wines by searching yahoo using their names.

No, red grape wine is dry and smooth.

Fruit wines can be sweet and red, but the best ones have to homemade.
