It would seem to me that women wouldn't be attracted to a guy that is basicly a big f@g, but maybe I'm wrong. Would you rather have a guy that worries about his hair, or one that is more concerned with his mind? Would you rather have one that spends vast amounts of time at trendy clothes stores in the mall, or one that seeks to improve himself in an inward way? I'm know my own opinion is pervasive in the question, but I am looking for an honest answer, do girls actually like the metrosexual guys?

Can't speak for the rest of my kind, but I sure as hell don't like metrosexuals. I'm not really concerned with appearances and can't stand men who are. Sure, I like guys who are well turned out and dress well, but there's a fine line between being presentable and being a metrosexual.

Obviously there is a misconception here about metro-sexuals. Yes, they are more concerned with their appearance, but that's not all they are. My boyfriend is metrosexual and believe me, he can pick some great outfits for me! He's more than that though, he is also very spiritual and hardworking. He's not afraid to get dirty, but when the work is over, he will take the time to make himself look good again. Sometimes it's a huge pain in the butt, like when we are going out, because he takes longer than me to get ready. When it's all said and done though, it's worth the wait.

seems like you think any guy who actually cares about how he looks is a homosexual, and that's stupid. but in response to your question, I know I like it when a guy takes care of himself and tries to make himself look good. It's very attractive. However, if he does his nails and stuff, oh hell I'll go tearing the other way. He's gotta be masculine. Just care about his appearance at the same time! :) And by the way, if a guy doesn't spend time on how he looks on the outside, how would one know if he bothered trying to change himself on the inside either? I'm just saying...

Metro's have GOOD taste! lol..

but on a serious note, it seems like you're implying that metro's dont try to make themselves better on the inside too. Metros are people too. They have a real life with real drama outside of designer stores. They just like to look good thats all

I personally prefer a guy to be more masculine than me. If he worries about his hair and his nails I would run the other way.
