Living true to one's heart is being able to follow your intuition and listening to that inner voice of yours. When you're ready to fullfill your mission on earth, opportunities will come your way. Ready means- emotionally and spiritually mature. Once you have self-love (not selfishness), and are able to lift the veil of illusion of the ego, your path will be clear.

Try reluctant-messenger.com. If you are Christian...then you believe in free-will so there can't be a definite 'true destiny'. Personally, I think that each person only has limited choices available to him/her....and these essentially fade to almost nothing given that individual's past experiences.
Of course, you might win the lottery or something like that.

part of you already knows the path, and the "destiny" to be found.
thus, following one's heart, would be allowing that path that the greater part of you designed ahead of time, from a much wiser and larger perspective, to be that which is realized.
you already know the answer, you just have to remember it, and allow it to come out.

Know yourself. No one else can tell you how to find it.
