I have to get up at 8.00 to reach my job in time. Is it because I hate my job or it is because my body is actually tired? I eat good food but still at times I feel sleepy, not so keen to work. My body sometimes has good rythm but sometimes it pains and reacts weakly. I am underweight and was very irregular with my eating habits till last year. I tried to improve and have changed to a great extent on my eating habits but still the desired results are not there.

you should get up at 7.30
drink a glass of water
then go out for a ten to fifteen minute walk.
it doesn't matter if your bowel moves before or after the walk.
later, eat a small breakfast which does not include dairy products, and take a snack to work for mid-morning.
eat a good lunch.

Who knows, but I'm the same way. 8 am is just a bad time! I can do 9 am or 6 am, but not 8 am. 7 am is in realm of possibility, but 8 is just impossible. So if I need to get up at 8 I actually get up at 7:30 or else I'll be tired all day.

Getting up at the same time helps me.

it sounds like stress mixed with a little depression due to your job have you considered changing jobs doing something you would enjoy. stress will physically drag you down as well as mentally keep eating healthy. another thing to do is go get a checkup with your doctor as well and you can rule out anything physically that may be going on.

start gym.will make u feel better and make u sleep at night and wake up the time u want in the morning!!!
