Depending on your job and if you have to drive I might consider taking the day off and visiting the doctors office. Is this something that happens frequently? Or are you under some unusual stress and anxiety.
Coffee, lots of cold water and light snack throughout the day can help you stay alert....

Try doing some relaxation exercises. It's amazing how they can rejuvinate. Also ensure you've taken your vitamin supplements - no booze! A last resort would be a number of cups of java...keeping in mind that you'll need a good sleep later on today!

take a quick power nap then drink some good old Mt. Dew it has more caffine than coffee, I do it all the time because I work from 6pm till 6am

Lots of coffee and Redbull. I remember my friend doing that because he was up all night and he had to work ealry the next day. He was bouncing off the walls!!!

Exercise, and eat healthy. And if you are sitting at work all day, get up every hour and walk around. And on your lunch break maybe a walk outside to get some fresh air.....Maybe that will help!

ummm you can't...but what will really help would be to have music at work or talking to someone while your working...if ur work is where u work without talking....you will not have a good time trying to staty awake...iv done 12hour shifts before......and yea...have fun ...lol

Try cofee, coffee and more cofee. If that doesn't work then try alcohol but not too much. Good luck
