ther're some products against heat damages. Use also a conditionner and put some hair oil for a night every week.

hi, 1st you need a trim to get the split ends off then condition hair with an intensive conditioner that contains coconut or almond, it doesnt have to be expensive you just gotta shop around to find one that suits your hair, superdrug do an intensive coconut conditioner for £1.99 and that works a treat on my hair,

Always make sure your everyday shampoo and conditioner is for dry damaged hair
Once a week shampoo then put the intensive cond on
(if you get greasy roots avoid putting it on them)
put a carrier bag over your hair, this will trap the heat, open the cuticle and allow the cond to work its magic,
put a towel over the top as well if you wish,
leave on for 10-15 mins (longer if you want) really rinse well!

You can also use leave in conditioners once a week, use them at the start and do the intense cond at the end of the week

Good Luck

I have been looking for the same thing seeing that I do have fine hair and over the years of curling and straightening it has caused some damage. I recently found a product called Aphogee, the line can be bought online and has shampoo, conditioner and other products. From what I have seen it has received wonderful reviews. Just look it up on amazon and they have pretty much everything and you can read what each product does and also how people reviewed it and their thoughts on it.

I have very dry, damaged hair and was advised by a hairdresser to try products for Afro hair. I did some online research and came across a product called Lustres Pink Hair Oil moisturising lotion. I found it being sold on eBay and ordered a bottle. This stuff is absolutely brilliant and can be used on wet or dry hair. When I wash my hair, I give it only one wash, then I smother it in conditioning mask (I usually use Elvive) and leave that on for about 30 minutes. I then rinse my hair and use a towel to squeeze out a lot of the water. I then put the Lustre's on (I use quite a lot) and comb it through then put on about 20 drops of hair serum (I have really long thick hair and need loads of the stuff) and comb that through. I also comb through pure coconut oil which can be bought for about £1 in local chemist. I stopped using a brush on my hair several years ago as they cause breakage and now only use wide-toothed wooden or horn combs (bought on eBay!) and this has made a huge difference. You can use coconut oil on wet or dry hair, but it is solid and must me melted by rubbing in your hands before spreading on hair. Hope this helps you.

The body shops honey shampoo and conditioner are fantastic from dry damaged hair. Your hair will look and smell great and the price won't hurt that much either. Another great and cheap one my mum swears by is egg yolk and beer. Beat egg yolks and work these into your hair, cover with a hot towel for a few mins, then shampoo, condition and complete with a beer rinse.

I have dry hair as I dye it blonde every 6 weeks , what I use is a Serum after conditioning , I squirt it onto my hand and rub it on my fingers then comb it through my hair with my fingers , what this does is it gives my hair extra conditioning and a lovely shine , I use this every time I wash my hair , do not use a hairdryer as this dries the hair out far too much , let your hair dry naturally !
Everyone who see's my hair asks me how I get my hair in such good condition , so it does work and looks great . Good Luck

Different products work for different people but i always use Herbal Essences for dry/damaged and it works a treat! Try combing the conditioner thru your hair before you rinse it too, it works a treat for me!

Original source almond and coconut shampoo and conditioner followed by a leave in conditioner work wonders and they're not expensive either. Make sure you get a good cut to get rid of the manky ends too!

First cut of the tips, at least 2 cm (about 1 inch!), then do the conditioning every day or try this:

mix honey with olive oil, add hot water, let cool down to body temperature, put in hair, cover with towel, wait for at least 15 minutes, then rinse out carefully.

or: smash one banana to juice, add honey and olive oil, put in hair, towel and so on.
