Good for your brother. A couple of days before Christmas, take him shopping for an outfit he likes, take him to a salon for the works(you too)and then out to lunch. You can make it memorable for him and you will be showing him acceptance too.

A pair of girlie shoes, I bet he has men's feet and has a big problem finding some, make em plain black, wide toes and give him an heel, not too high just high enough to make him feel sexy. I love people who are honest

You could look about on the net for books on cross-dressing or something of that nature. Even if he is not overly taken by your present, I am sure he will appreciate the demonstation of your support for this aspect of who he is.
